How to Prepare our DTM Porchetta
Let us get you ready for Christmas! Porchetta will be the perfect centerpiece for this special-occasional meal. Do take note, the heating instructions are different for slice and log.
Slice
Conventional Oven
- Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
- Place Porchetta in a preheated oven, cook at 180°C for 20 mins.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
Toaster Oven
- Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
- Place Porchetta in a preheated toaster, cook at 180°C for 20 mins.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
Air Fryer
- Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
- Place Porchetta in the air fryer at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
Log

- Place Porchetta in a preheated oven, cook at 180°C for 50-60 mins.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
