How to Prepare our DTM Porchetta

Let us get you ready for Christmas! Porchetta will be the perfect centerpiece for this special-occasional meal. Do take note, the heating instructions are different for slice and log.

Slice

Conventional Oven
  1. Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place Porchetta in a preheated oven, cook at 180°C for 20 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
 
Toaster Oven
  1. Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place Porchetta in a preheated toaster, cook at 180°C for 20 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness. 
Air Fryer
  1. Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place Porchetta in the air fryer at 200°C for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness. 

Log

Conventional Oven
  1. Remove Porchetta from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place Porchetta in a preheated oven, cook at 180°C for 50-60 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 mins to achieve crispiness.
