How to Prepare Our Crackling Roast Pork

Boasting a charred orange, the textured top layer preempts the eager eater of the crunch that is to come, while the starkly contrasting layer of melt-in-your-mouth fat glistens bright. All this, complemented by tender lean meat in the very same bite, can come piping hot out of the humble home cooking appliances!

Sounds complicated to prepare? No need to worry! Our roast pork is as easy to prepare as 1, 2, 3!

 

Conventional Oven

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in a preheated oven, cook at 200°C for 15 mins followed by 220°C for 10 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.
  1. 将烧肉从冷冻真空包装取出, 不需解冻。
  2. 放入预热的烤箱, 在200度烤15分钟然后转成220度烤10分钟。
  3. 烤好后待凉大约3分钟让皮达到脆的效果就可以切成块享用。

 

Toaster Oven

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in a preheated toaster, cook at 200°C for 15 mins followed by 220°C for 10 mins.
  3. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.

Air Fryer

  1. Remove roast pork from the vacuum pack, thawing is not required.
  2. Place roasted pork belly in the air fryer at 200°C for 20-24 minutes.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3 mins to achieve crispiness.
  1. 将烧肉从冷冻真空包装取出, 不需解冻。
  2. 将空气炸锅设定在200度放置20到24分钟。
  3. 然后待凉大约3分钟让皮达到脆的效果就可以切成块享用。

 

Optional Instructions

* For the best results, wrap the roast pork in an aluminium foil (leaving skin unwrapped) and place onto tray.
